Welcome To My Nightmare...

For my first post, something really nasty...

SHACKLED HORROR

Special: SA shackle, punishment; SQ Damage reduction (10), SR 15, telepathy, see in darkness, immunities
Saves: Fort +7, Ref +7, Will +7
Abilities: Str 18, Dex 16, Con 14, Int 12, Wis 12, Cha 12
Lvl: 5 (600 xp)

Shackle:
A target hit by a shackle attack is clasped around an arm or leg (50%) by a single shackle; they suffer a -1 penalty to all attacks and skill checks and a -2 penalty to Dexterity for each shackle that binds them to the horror. Shackled victims may only move within the 10-foot reach of the chains. Spell-casters must first make a Concentration Check (DC 15, +2 per additional shackle) or be unable to cast the spell. Shackled creatures may free themselves as a full-round action with a sucessful Strength Check (DC 15 +2 per additional shackle).
Punishment:
The shackled horror may use Chill Touch, Ghoul Touch, or Blindness/Deafness on any creature held with one shackle; Vampiric Touch or Contagion on a victim held by two shackles. These are as the spell cast by an 8th-level Sorceror (save DC 13+ spell level)
Telepathy:
The creature may communicate telepathically with any creature to a distance of 100 ft.

Cold and poison
Resistances:
Acid and fire
See in Darkness:
Able to see perfectly even in magical darkness

A greater shackled horror has the following additions to the above stats: HD 8 (hp 64), ATK 4 shackles +8 melee, Fort +10, Ref +10, Will +10, Str 20, Dex 18, Con 16, Lvl 8 (1000 xp); and the greater horror may use Bestow Curse or Hold Monster on any creature held by three shackles, and Finger of Death on any victim held by four.
